We love, love, love them! After working with another orthodontist in Hyde Park who not only put on brackets that regularly fell off and removed braces long before they were ready to come off, we found Cassinelli and Shanker. In the 2 years we’ve worked with them we’ve not had any brackets fall off, we’ve always been able to make appointments, talk to someone on the phone and they are conveniently close. But more than anything they are lovely doctors with happy, pleasant staff.. it was an expensive lesson.. but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I wish I’d known about them sooner. I can’t say enough nice things about them!
